A $1,000 minimum gift by December 31, 2021 is required if you wish to qualify for recognition on the CPMC Colleagues Donor Wall at Van Ness and Mission Bernal Campuses. If you select the monthly option, your monthly credit card payments will continue indefinitely until you inform CPMC Foundation to discontinue the payments.
